Putter Talk Acquires GolfOpinions.com!

If you are looking at a list of the most influential golf websites in history, GolfOpinions.com is certainly close to the top of the list. On June 1st, PutterTalk.com acquired GolfOpinions.com to continue the legacy. With a stron user-base of more than 20,000 members, the Putter Talk Family just got a lot bigger. The views and...er...Opinions of the core membership are very close to those of Putter Talk, so the merger should go quite smoothly.

One of the things that GO has been known for are the spectacular contests that they have for each Major of the year. The US Open contest is no exception. All the putters from the first contest have been pushed to this contest, and there is GOING to be a winner this time! The new format is VERY cool, and I think we'll all enjoy ourselves this time around. Whew...those were some big announcements! We've been working hard over here, and if you know me, you know there's always something big on the horizon. 6 months, nearly 600 members, a new site with 20,000+ members....and we're just getting started.
