Looks like someone stands to make a good amount of $. I don't know much about these putters, beyond them being super rare, but I'm guessing they were not nearly that cost new.

Really doesn't matter what they cost new, it's all about what the market will pay.
Plus you don't know if there were purchase new or from another collector.
And from past auctions these are priced about right.

I am the original owner and both were bought new by me at the 2010 PGA show. And I am a collector.  Alan

Alan, no explanation needed as far as I am concerned. Last I looked eBay is an auction site and people will pay what they fell items are worth to them and people will sell items for a price they are happy to sell it for.

Very well done, making money is not a bad thing or crime  ;D
some guys have just gotta get off their batties  :o and take a risk or two if they want to turn a buck, everyones gotta live right  8)

The other positive is, if you couldn't get to Orlando, this will give you chance at a 3/4  ::)

With air-fair, accomodation and expenses at about $2k from the UK   :-[

Yes $4,100 actually is a saving, what do think, will I get that one past the wife ?  ???

She a Chartered Accountant  :( Will I need a cost analysis ?  :-\ or do I jut tell her I could spend even more time out the house with a 3/4 putter ?  8)

Could be cheaper to spend $4k with Jimmy (sell them on) , get a Social invite and buy the 3/4 whilst,  having a great weekend.  ;D

Any ideas on how sell that one to the wife happily received.  ::)

Thanks for the reply T- well put. As to the wife I am a CPA as well and since us accountants all think alike you probably have zero chance of getting it past her!! lol. How about an early birthday present or "Honey if I buy this putter I won't buy any more the rest of 2010" yuk yuk.
Sorry I tried. Take care T.

Thanks for trying.

Looks like the old & faithfull "deposit budget" chestnut AGAIN  :-\

Not generally very well received but, when your in the last chance salon  :o

I need to get to know that toe hang, I've got a chance when RJB2158 arrives  ;)

With a RJB1905 and Mizuno BC5 Belly as travelling partners.  8)

All we've gotta do now is free up some Glenn's time to finish the re-works.  ::)

All the very best the auctions Alan
