Head weight for BB-41
« on: June 03, 2009, 05:20:57 pm »
Hi all,
Just joined PutterTalk. Why did it take me so long?? I bought my BB-41 about 5-6 years ago and decided to shorten the original shaft (original b/c the Bettinardi label is on it, I guess) by an inch.  I stopped using the Betti after gaming it for about 2 months. So now that I'm not putting so hot with my mallet-style putter, I decided to go back to the Anser-style Betti. But the BB-41 feels light and I'm curious as to what the head weight is. I tried the "search" function but it won't work for me. Thanks for any help in advance.

Welcome to the site.

I think those that are in the know about your putter would need to see pictures of the putter to give you a better guess as to what the head weight might be of that particular model.

According to Todd S. formerly of TKS Putters (who was the resident expert for all things Bettinardi), the headweight is 340 grams.

Yeah, I've always heard those were 340, too.
