The Aqua Caddy

We saw a lot of gadgets at the 2008 PGA Show, but this one was really pretty cool.

The idea is to keep your clubs clean, without having to carry around a wet towel or a bunch of brushes. The Aqua Caddy is a waterproof bag that you put 6oz of water into before you go out to play. You’ll notice that it looks a lot like the club cleaners at the range or on a Par-3. This one attaches to your towel ring and goes with you.

The “Agitating Mesh” in the center is what scrubs the dirt and the bristles at the top take care of business in and out of the bag. It won’t spill (if you don’t over fill it) and the whole thing can be hosed out after a round and used again and again.

At $19.99 ($19.95 if you call the right guy) it was a pretty good deal. It may not have won “Best New Product” of the show, but it was in my book.

Apparel: Part 2

Exhausted from the day I was looking forward to a good night’s sleep, but the delight of rest would allude me. Everytime my eyes closed visions of the Apparel section raced trough my head. The order forms, the crowds, the maddening sound of deals being made, and prices being cut. It was all too much for me. So to make the sacrifice worth it I bring you more pictures of the clothes you’ll be seeing this year.

Not that you would be able to get it to many golf courses, or drive it on them for that matter, we think it’s pretty cool.

Take notice of the spike cleaner on the back and the club and ball washer on the sides.
